↟ ↟ ↟ ↟ ↟I still have a long way to go on my coffee journey. (This isn’t an ad🤣) Does anyone else struggle to get it right somedays? Yesterday I steamed the most perfect micro bubble creamy milk, today it’s just a bit crap. I’ve been using Lactose free milk for a while now since our daughter was found to be lactose intollerant. I’ve found for a semi-skimmed milk it foams better than normal semi, it even foams better than a “barister” oat milk I tried.
So far cappuccinos are my limit, i do love a caramel top rather than chocolate though.
There is a massive rabbit hole of youtube videos about making the perfect steamed milk to create foam art, it’s enticing but i really need to nail getting a decent coffee right before I get all fancy.
This is my new little coffee station.
